Octocrew builds and runs managed AI coworker crews — small teams of specialist AI agents that work inside a company's existing tools and help human teams execute recurring operational and marketing workflows. We are expanding our contractor pool with practical engineers who can implement, integrate, tune, and support client AI agent workflows.

The role in one line

You take an approved requirements spec and turn it into a working agent system that fits the client's tools, data, permissions, and approval process. This is not a prompt-only role and not pure DevOps; it sits between backend engineering, automation, LLM application development, systems integration, and client implementation. You do not need to already know our full agent stack — we have templates and patterns, and we care more about whether you can become reliable fast.

What you will do

Translate a client workflow into a clear implementation plan: tools, data sources, permissions, approval points, edge cases, success criteria.

Build Python glue around AI workflows: API connectors, webhooks, small backend services, scripts, data syncs, and browser automation where APIs are limited.

Configure and tune LLM-powered workflows from our templates.

Integrate Slack, Telegram, Notion, GitHub, CRMs, ecommerce and marketing platforms, helpdesks, analytics, and internal knowledge bases.

Make implementations maintainable: logs, error handling, smoke tests, runbooks, handoff notes.

Support launched workflows: triage issues, debug integrations, fix regressions, and document changes.

What we expect

2+ years of backend, automation, integration, or applied software engineering experience.

Python-first engineering ability.

Solid API fundamentals: REST, webhooks, OAuth basics, retries, rate limits, request debugging, structured logs.

Some hands-on exposure to LLM tools or AI automation, or strong motivation to learn them quickly with guidance.

Comfort working with messy real-world systems: unclear requirements, imperfect docs, partial APIs, edge cases.

Basic DevOps literacy: Linux, Docker basics, environment variables, logs.

Pragmatic scoping and a self-directed work style.

Ukrainian for team communication; working English for documentation and APIs.

About the Role:

📍 Required Competence and Skills:

• Strong software engineering background in Python or another backend language (Golang, Rust, TypeScript, Java, etc.), with the willingness to work primarily with Python. 
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, DeepAgents, OpenClaw, Hermes, or similar.
• Experience deploying and operating production AI services in cloud environments, with a proven track record designing scalable, event-driven architectures using messaging (SQS/SNS) and SQL/NoSQL databases. AWS experience is preferred.

Обов’язкові вимоги:

• Впевнене володіння Python (2+ роки досвіду): асинхронність, threading, multiprocessing
• Мережа та комунікація: REST API, FastAPI, WebSocket, TCP/UDP
• Бітові структури та бітова передача даних (парсинг/формування бінарних пакетів)
• Брокери повідомлень: MQTT, RabbitMQ
• Робота з Linux, bash, ssh
• GitLab, базове CI/CD
• Вміння працювати в умовах невизначеності та швидких змін вимог

Буде плюсом:

• MAVLink (протокол комунікації з автопілотами)
• Досвід роботи з hardware: serial-комунікація, GPIO (pigpio), робота з платами (Raspberry Pi, Jetson, STM32 та подібні)
• Розуміння протоколів комунікації: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN (хоча б частково)
• Досвід у робототехніці, IoT або embedded системах
• Знання C/C++ (для взаємодії з нижнім рівнем/прошивками)
• Знання Linux на рівні системного адміністрування (робота з embedded Linux)
• Grafana, Prometheus (моніторинг та візуалізація метрик)

Коротко про продукт

Ми будуємо Content Farm — автономний рушій, який керує фермою реальних мобільних пристроїв і публікує контент у соцмережах (Instagram, далі — YouTube і TikTok) від імені брендів та фаундерів. Без участі людини в рутині.

Це не набір скриптів і не чернетка MVP. Це інженерна система на перетині мобільної автоматизації, anti-detect-інфраструктури та growth-механік: власний рушій дій (аналіз екрана → ADB-команди), ферма Android-пристроїв на ADB / uiautomator2, керування проксі й обхід антифроду платформ.

Про роль

Шукаємо інженера, який стане власником усього mobile / device-шару і поведе його далі. Висока автономія й пряма відповідальність за головну метрику — скільки акаунтів виживає в проді.

Чим будеш займатися

- Тримати живою чинну Instagram-ферму: сценарії логіну / постингу / прогріву на реальних Android-пристроях (ADB / uiautomator2), стабільність і виживаність акаунтів, робота з 2FA (TOTP / IMAP)

- Рефакторити device-шар: декаплінг від Windows, надійність executor'а, self-heal селекторів, заміна крихкого on-device proxy-клієнта, фіналізація міграції даних JSON → PostgreSQL

- Мігрувати на DC-hosted пристрої: ADB-over-TCP, хмарні телефони, роутинг пристроїв, гео-узгодження (timezone / locale / DNS / GPS), керування проксі

- Запускати YouTube і TikTok: нові плани дій і селектори, парсери статистики; anti-detect під кожну платформу (для TikTok окремо — device attestation / Play Integrity, яке може взагалі заблокувати cloud-пристрої)

- Розвивати внутрішній рушій дій: сервіс, що аналізує XML-дамп екрана й генерує ADB-команди через курсорну стейт-машину; нові платформи будуються поверх нього

- Працювати з anti-detect: device fingerprint, proxy / VPN on-device, DNS, ротація IP

- Дивитися на ban-метрики й розуміти, чому акаунти виживають або банять (sourcing × поведінка × інфра), а не просто «фіксити краші»

- Використовувати AI-assisted розробку (Claude Code / Fable 5) для швидкої генерації сценаріїв, селекторів і тестів

Стек

Core: Python (async/await), FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, PostgreSQL

Mobile automation: ADB, uiautomator2, Android internals, хмарні телефони (cloud phones, ADB-over-TCP), власний рушій «екран → ADB-команди»

AI-assisted: Claude Code / Fable 5 у щоденній розробці

Кого шукаємо

Обов'язково (must-have):

- практичний досвід anti-detect / мультиакаунтингу на будь-якій платформі (Instagram, TikTok, FB ad-акаунти, ігрові боти, airdrop — не важливо, яка саме) — це головний фільтр

- hands-on мобільна автоматизація: ADB + uiautomator2 / Appium на реальних застосунках, стійкі селектори по XML-ієрархії

- впевнений Python — достатньо, щоб працювати в FastAPI / SQLAlchemy-кодовій базі (не «сеньйор-архітектор із 5+ роками»)

- прагматика парку пристроїв — розумієш, що «працює на 1 телефоні ≠ працює на фермі»

Буде плюсом (nice-to-have):

- Android internals у глибину (Frida / Magisk / root, package / signature)

- Play Integrity / attestation (обхід) — рідкість, тому бонус, а не вимога

- reverse engineering мобільних застосунків

- ban-аналітика / робота з метриками виживаності акаунтів

- browser automation (Camoufox / Playwright + 2captcha)

- досвід саме з Instagram / TikTok (крос-платформний anti-detect переноситься)

Що пропонуємо

Компенсація та формат: $4,000–6,000/month, повністю remote, графік 9:00–18:00 або 10:00–19:00 (на вибір)

Відпустка: 14 календарних днів на рік, 7 днів лікарняних, держсвята вихідні (після випробувального), день народження - додатковий вихідний

Випробувальний строк: 3 місяці

Команда та продукт: мінімум бюрократії, прямий вплив на архітектуру device-шару, автономія (власник напрямку, не виконавець тікетів), сучасний AI-assisted воркфлоу

Огляд

Вакансія передбачає службу у 12-му окремому центрі спеціального призначення. Підрозділ проводить операції на всіх напрямках.

Обов’язки

• розробка та тренування моделей машинного навчання (класифікація, регресія, кластеризація тощо)
• попередня обробка, аналіз і візуалізація даних
• розгортання моделей у продакшн-середовищі (REST API, Docker, CI/CD)
• моніторинг ефективності моделей і періодичне перенавчання
• співпраця з аналітиками, дата-саєнтистами та розробниками BE

Вимоги

• підтверджений комерційний досвід програмування на Python від 2 років
• глибоке розуміння теорії машинного навчання (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch або TensorFlow)
• розуміння принципів статистики, математичного аналізу, теорії ймовірності
• навички роботи з базами даних (SQL, PostgreSQL, Chroma)
• досвід роботи з API, Git, Docker
• знання англійської мови від Upper Intermediate
