We are looking for a Copywriter / Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating and maintaining product documentation.The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation of user manuals, UI texts, and other supporting materials in both Ukrainian and English, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across all written content.

Responsibilities:

• Write and update user manuals and system documentation in Ukrainian and English.
• Proofread, edit, and rewrite UI text elements as needed (UI copywriting).
• Maintain documentation in alignment with product updates and new features.
• Gradually add new interface languages and instructions (not through translation, but via content adaptation to the system, language, and country specifics).

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to gather information on new or updated functionalities.

   

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience working with technical or instructional documentation.
• Excellent command of Ukrainian (grammar, clarity, conciseness) and English (B2 level or higher).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to tailor content to interface design.
• Ability to write in clear, simple, and user-friendly language.

• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and initiative in content maintenance.

   

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience working with multilingual systems or adapting content for different markets.
• Background in the agricultural sector and/or software development.
• Experience using Jira.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-based campaigns in Google Ads (with proven results)
• Experience working with US/EU and other English-speaking markets
• At least 1 year of recent experience in large e-Commerce projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and statistics
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing Automated Tests: Develop and implement automated test scripts to validate application functionality and performance.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Identifying Defects: Analyze software for weaknesses, document bugs, and track issues through various stages of development.
• Maintaining Test Frameworks: Update and maintain existing automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure they remain effective as software evolves.
• Executing Tests: Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities. Provide stack traces for any flaws and problems.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software quality assurance processes.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Rest and Graphql
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools like Playwright, Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Must have experience with leveraging latest code AI Code IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, IntelliJ Junie, lovable) and quick prototyping for QA automation flows and tools
