✔️ Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for Jira configurations, processes, and best practices.

• Create and share reports and dashboards that visualize Jira metrics and process performance.

   

 ✔️ Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay updated on Jira advancements, plugins, and best practices to introduce innovative solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and assess how new features or tools can be adopted to enhance Jira usage.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback and refining processes.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
✔️ Jira Administration: Strong expertise in Jira (Data Center version), including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
✔️ Tool Integration: Experience integrating Jira with Confluence, Bitbucket, and external systems.
✔️ Automation & Scripting: Knowledge of Automation for Jira, Scriptrunner, and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python).
✔️ Analytical & Problem Solving: Ability to assess processes, identify issues, and implement solutions.
✔️ Communication: Strong English (written and spoken), capable of translating technical solutions to business stakeholders.
✔️ Project Management: Experience managing multiple tasks and aligning solutions with business needs.
✔️ Consultative Approach: Proactive in proposing and implementing process improvements.
✔️ Facilitation & Training: Ability to guide teams through new processes and tools.
