You will dive deep into market reports, analyze competitors, and - most importantly - listen to our customers to understand their real needs. You will transform these insights into high-impact hypotheses and value propositions that resonate with the US B2B market.

What You Will Actually Do

• Deep-Dive Research. Analyze the market landscape, competitor moves, and user behavior to find “secret gems” others miss in healthcare
• The Hypothesis Cycle. Formulate — Validate — Analyze — Iterate. Your work is a continuous loop of testing and refining
• Voice of Customer. Listen to sales calls and interview stakeholders to understand exactly how to phrase our message to change a lead’s mind
• Strategic Execution. Define the Value Proposition and ensure it resonates across multiple channels (Inbound, Outbound, ABM)

We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT services or IT consulting.
• Strong B2B IT Services expertise and proven experience working with the US market
• Clear understanding of cold outreach specifics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to research the market and identify trends
• Ability to build hypotheses and create materials to test them across multiple channels
• Solid understanding of sales processes and effective communication with potential clients
• Proven ability to build clear and compelling value propositions for B2B audiences
• High level of independence and ownership without micromanagement
• English — Advanced (speaking and writing) and fluency in Ukrainian

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing for at least 2 years (preferably in the IT sector);

• Experience in setting up advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads);
• Understanding of the specifics of the IT market (web, mobile);
• Experience working with foreign markets (especially the USA, Europe);
• Knowledge of the features of B2B marketing and lead generation in IT outsourcing;
• Basic knowledge of the principles of CRM systems;
• Ability to perform and delegate agreed functions;
• Analytics and optimization skills (KPI tracking, data analysis);
