    What you will do:

    • Create unique, bright, and conversion-driven creatives according to briefs (static banners and video formats).
    • Use CapCut, Canva, and AI services for lip-syncing and voiceovers.
    • Select video clips to match the text: edit the video sequence according to the meaning and narrative of the script (creating dynamic cuts that enhance the message).
    • Adapt and personalize creatives for different audiences, geographies, and platforms.
    • Track trends, monitor competitors, and generate ideas that stay ahead of the market.

      Who we are looking for:

    • Confident in using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI for voiceovers/lip-syncing (ElevenLabs, Vozo AI, Pictory, Runway).
    • Understanding storytelling principles, ability to select and arrange video to match text, and create a logical narrative.
    • Basic photo/video editing skills (cropping, color correction, subtitles, effects).
    • Fast, self-organized, and eager to improve creatives daily.

      β€’ Workstation Arrangement and Decommission: Set up and configure computers for new employees, including OS deployment and troubleshooting.
      β€’ Network Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot network connections, including LAN/WAN setups.

    • Mandatory Skills Description:

      β€’ Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
      β€’ Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
      β€’ Proficiency with Windows OS.
      β€’ Basic knowledge of Linux and MacOS.
      β€’ Familiarity with Office 365 software.
