    About the Project

    We are building a Fitness Marketplace for personal trainers, a platform that helps trainers easily connect with clients, while clients can find the perfect coach for their needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Integrate Stripe for payment processing.
    • Develop and maintain the backend using Node.js.
    • (Optional) Implement GraphQL as a query layer.
    • Design and document REST/GraphQL APIs.
    • Write and maintain API documentation for internal and external use.
    • Ensure code quality with unit and integration tests.
    • (Optional) Handle deployment and basic infrastructure setup.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
    • Solid understanding of REST APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
    • Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
    • Knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with Stripe or other payment gateway integrations.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
    • Interest in fitness or marketplace platforms.

    We’re developing an AI-powered hiring platform that automates resume screening, candidate scoring, and interviews using large language models. Instead of relying on manual reviews or long calls, our system analyzes CVs, matches candidates to jobs, conducts voice interviews via AI agents, and produces structured summaries for hiring teams — all through prompt-based workflows.

     

    We’re looking for a motivated General Manager to join our team on a long-term basis. You’ll help ensure product quality by testing features, reporting bugs, and validating AI-generated outputs. Over time, you’ll gain experience not only in QA but also in project management, product improvement, and customer-facing activities.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Test product features, identify issues, and provide clear bug reports.

    • Validate AI outputs across different models and scenarios.

    • Participate in daily standups, support backlog management, and propose UX improvements.

    • Work with prompts: edit, test, and optimize them within the platform.

    • Interact with clients: answer questions, provide guidance, and run product demos.

     

    Requirements

    • Strong spoken English.

    • At least 1 year of IT experience.

    • Background in QA or completed QA courses is a plus.

    • Hands-on familiarity with LLMs for solving tasks.

    • Experience in recruiting is an advantage.

    • Ability to prototype with AI tools (v0, Base44, Lovable, or similar) is a plus.
