We’re a small team of 12+ people across engineering, product and customer-facing roles, building an AI platform that processes millions of customer conversations across voice and chat.

We work with international companies including UNIQA Insurance Group, OTP Bank, NovaPay, Fozzy Group, Dobrobut Hospitals and Aventus Group, with customers across Europe, the US and Latin America.

Small team. Global customers. Real production systems.

You’ll work with 2–3 engineers, help them grow, review their work, solve complex technical problems and shape how we build the product.

This is not a purely managerial role. You’ll continue writing and shipping production code.

What you’ll work on

→ Python / FastAPI backend services processing millions of conversations daily

→ AI-powered features including transcription, sentiment analysis and LLM-based summaries

→ Real-time analytics with Vue 3 / TypeScript / WebSockets

What we’re looking for

Must have:

→ 5+ years of production engineering experience

→ Strong Python + FastAPI background

→ Experience with technical architecture and ownership of engineering decisions

→ Experience leading, mentoring or managing engineers

→ Comfortable staying hands-on with production code

→ Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

→ Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

→ Strong English communication skills

Nice to have:

→ Vue / TypeScript

→ Kubernetes / AWS / GCP

→ Celery / Redis / PostgreSQL / OpenSearch

→ LLM, AI or speech-processing experience

You’ll enjoy this role if

→ You like solving problems rather than waiting for detailed tickets.

→ You enjoy building things from scratch.

→ You care about both technical excellence and team growth.

→ You want real influence over architecture and engineering practices.

→ You want to stay hands-on while growing as a technical leader.

→ You enjoy working in a small team where your decisions actually matter.

What we offer

$5,500–6,500/month

Remote-first — Europe or Ukraine

→ Real technical ownership and direct impact

→ Small, experienced engineering team

→ AI-native development environment

→ Production systems processing millions of conversations

→ Fast decision-making and minimal bureaucracy

→ Opportunity to influence architecture, processes and engineering culture

Interview process

1. 30-minute HR / introductory conversation
2. Short technical task (~1 hour) — you choose a convenient time to complete it
3. Technical deep dive with our CTO
4. Short CEO conversation
5. Offer + reference checks

Interested?

Send us:

→ Your GitHub / portfolio

→ A project you’re particularly proud of

→ A short note about what you’re looking for in your next role

Company: A fast-growing Ukrainian company operating two international brands

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time. Evening and Night Shifts.

Language: English (external communication), Ukrainian (internal communication)

About Us

We are a fast-growing Ukrainian company operating two international brands: one specializing in full-service short-term rental property management (Airbnb and vacation rentals across Canada, the USA, and Dubai) and one operating in the health and wellness space, helping adults look and feel their best through evidence-based treatments delivered by licensed providers.

Together, our two brands are growing fast, and we're hiring a Chat Manager / Concierge Service Manager to join our remote support team. In this role, you'll manage guest communication for our short-term rental brand and client communication for our health and wellness brand, giving you exposure to two very different industries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and messages for our short-term rental brand on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO
• Respond to client inquiries and messages for our health and wellness brand across chat, email, and other support channels
• Handle guest and client requests, concerns, and questions in a timely, polite, and professional manner
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and special requests with internal operations staff
• Support health and wellness clients with general inquiries and appointment/consultation scheduling, routing any clinical questions to the appropriate licensed provider (no medical advice is given by this role)
• Manage guest and client communication during evening and night shifts
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer/client satisfaction across both brands

Requirements

• English: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken)
• Strong writing skills with a polite, clear, and professional tone
• Experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus
• Comfortable communicating with two different types of customers (short-term rental guests and health & wellness clients)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats
• Stable internet connection
• Responsible and responsive during assigned shifts

What We Offer

• Long-term remote position with a growing international company operating two brands
• Evening and night shift availability
• Supportive team and clear communication processes
• Valuable experience across the hospitality/property tech and health & wellness industries
• Monthly salary tied to the US dollar

We are a senior engineering team hiring a backend engineer for a long-term role inside a client's product team. The client is a product company with a large user base. We share its name only with engineers who pass our technical call.

Engineers there shape what gets built, not only how, and work directly with product people.

What matters most to us
• You have built a product that people use every day, and you can point to the parts you owned
• You think about the person using the product. You question a feature when it does not serve them and suggest a better one
• Experience with creative, media or design products, or with shipping AI features to users, is a strong plus

What you will do
• Build and scale backend services in Go
• Run background jobs reliably, with queues, retries and idempotent steps
• Turn new capabilities into features people actually use
• Work with a cloud stack, message queues and APIs

You should have
• 3+ years of Go in production and 5+ years of backend work overall. If you come from a strong product team and work in another language, apply anyway and tell us how fast you would pick up Go
• Experience owning parts of a production system end to end
• Fluent English for daily work with the client team

The role is full time, 40 hours a week, long term, with a working day that overlaps European business hours. Individual engineers only, no agencies.

How we hire: a call with our CTO about your product work and your code, then a call with the client's team. Both are live, with screen share and without AI assistants.

To apply, open your application with a link to a product you helped build and one sentence on what you owned in it. Applications without it will not be read.

We’re a fast-growing outsourcing IT company that’s been around for 13 years, and we’re on the lookout for a Scrum Master for a long-term product-driven project.

You’ll be joining a multi-team Smart City software ecosystem built for the Middle East market. It’s a fully agile product-driven setup, with real users and real impact.

You’ll work mostly on the team level with 2–3 cross-functional Scrum teams, helping them stay focused, deliver value, and continuously improve. If you enjoy empowering teams and love seeing progress happen, let’s talk!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a software development environment, including at least 2 years specifically as a Scrum Master in product teams.
• Hands-on facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Solid knowledge of Agile approaches and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Experience with team and process metrics (including delivery metrics).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery principles.
• Understanding of modern engineering culture and practices (e.g., CI/CD, test automation, DevOps culture, feature flags, pair programming, etc) and ability to support their adoption within teams.
• Practical experience in change management.
• Strong systems thinking, empathy, active listening, and critical thinking.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Nice to have:

• Agile certifications (PSM, KMP, etc.)
• Understanding of change management in complex environments.
• Experience with scaling frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, etc.)
• Experience working in a project-based environment

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current team processes and build a roadmap for improvement.
• Define and track team/process/delivery metrics and visualize progress.
• Coach and mentor teams to foster growth, autonomy, and self-management.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to improve backlog refinement and goal-setting processes.
• Identify risks and remove impediments, including dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Support cross-team collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate team events: Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives – while empowering teams to lead these sessions themselves.
• Promote a healthy team dynamic, facilitate conflict resolution, and monitor team health via observation and 1:1s.
• Mentor teams on Agile practices, Definition of Done, and effective tooling.
• Encourage and support the adoption of strong engineering practices like continuous delivery, use of feature flags, test automation, clean code, frequent refactoring, and fast feedback loops to help teams deliver high-quality, reliable software.
• Lead internal workshops/trainings on Agile techniques and tools.
• Ensure transparency through effective visualization (e.g., product goals, sprint targets, metrics).
• Work with PO and stakeholders on roadmap communication and sprint-to-product goal alignment.
• Continuously improve the Product Backlog Refinement process:
• Teach effective PBI creation and splitting techniques
• Support technical task prioritization
• Ensure backlog clarity, order, and visibility

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary
• Loyal, open-minded management and the ability to influence decision-making
