    Key Responsibilities:

    Requirements:

    β€” Proven track record in a similar design leadership role in outsourcing companies, with measurable results, analytics, and a history of successful initiatives and processes.

    β€” Experience defining and executing design strategies aligned with company goals.
    β€” Leadership by example: ability to inspire, mentor, and develop designers, manage workloads and resources, and resolve conflicts.

    Your Mission

    Ensure that all merchant URLs, licenses, providers, and internal registries are verified, accurate, compliant, and always up to date.
    Your work directly influences onboarding speed, merchant approval rates, compliance safety, and overall transaction stability.

     

    What You Will Do

    • Approve and verify merchant URLs during onboarding
    • Check URL statuses in the company’s internal registry
    • Maintain and regularly update internal merchant URL registries
    • Update provider registries and ensure all data is accurate
    • Verify merchant licenses on their websites
    • Check licenses via official iGaming operator registries
    • Communicate with internal teams to clarify compliance-related points
    • Identify inaccuracies, risks, or red flags and escalate when necessary
    • Support smooth merchant onboarding and ensure alignment with compliance standards

     

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    Experience & Background

    • 1–3+ years of experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, payments, PSPs, or financial services
    • Understanding of gambling/betting/iGaming structure
    • Experience working with compliance, merchant data, or operations is a strong plus

    Hard Skills

    • Confident Excel / Google Sheets user (VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas required)
    • Ability to work with internal registries, large data sets, and documentation

    • Own end-to-end design, build, optimization, and support of Spark/PySpark pipelines on Databricks (Batch + Streaming).

    We’re looking for a PowerApps / Power Platform Developer who can own configuration, integrations, and deployments across our Power Platform stack.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design and build model-driven Power Apps for our in-house CRM, including tables, forms, views, business rules, and security roles in Dataverse.
    • Configure and manage Dataverse: data model, relationships, business rules, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod).
    • Implement automations with Power Automate: build, maintain, and optimize flows for CRM processes (onboarding, KYC, account updates, notifications, etc.).
    • Set up and maintain Dataflows to inject data from 3rd-party systems (trading platforms, KYC providers, payment systems, marketing tools) into Dataverse.
    • Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards on top of Dataverse and external data sources to support operations, risk, and management reporting.

    • Work closely with business and tech teams (BA, backend, mobile) to translate requirements into concrete CRM features.

    • Contribute to standards and best practices for Power Platform usage across the company.

     

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with PowerApps / Power Platform, with a strong focus on model-driven apps and Dataverse.
    • Solid experience configuring Dataverse: tables, relationships, forms, views, security roles, business rules.
    • Proven experience with Power Automate to create and maintain flows for business process automation.
    • Practical experience setting up and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards (including DAX basics, data modelling, and publishing).
    • Experience configuring Dataflows / Power Query to ingest and transform data from external systems into Dataverse.
    • Comfortable working in an Agile team (sprints, backlog, rapid iteration, direct feedback).
    • Able to read and understand technical APIs/integration docs (REST/JSON, webhooks, etc.) and work with backend engineers on integrations.
