Job Summary:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing their performance, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our affiliate network and ensuring that our partnerships are mutually beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to enhance performance and engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Payment Management: Oversee the timely processing of affiliate payments and commissions.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
• Proficient in affiliate marketing software and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and conversion optimization is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи на позиції Growth Marketing Manager або в аналогічній ролі не менше 2-3 років.
• Глибоке розуміння performance marketing та досвід роботи з Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.

• Формулювання гіпотез для тестування і проведення A/B тестів для оптимізації каналів і покращення результатів.
• Управління performance marketing кампаніями на платформах Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, з фокусом на CPA та ROAS.
• Аналіз та оптимізація показників на всіх етапах воронки: Cohort, Funnel Analysis, CAC, LTV, MRR, Retention.
• Використання інструментів для аналітики та моніторингу даних: GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel.
• Створення та налаштування маркетинг-автоматизації (email, push, CRM).
• Тісна співпраця з командою продукту та UX для покращення користувацького досвіду та підвищення ефективності маркетингових кампаній.
