Що ви будете робити:

• Закриття вакансій у сферах IT-інфраструктури та продажів (у роботі: IT-інженери, архітектори рішень, менеджери з продажу складних IT-продуктів (B2B), адміністратори).
• Повний цикл: від поняття профілю з лінійними керівниками до підготовки Job Offer.
• Використання прямого пошуку (Headhunting/Executive Search) та робота з рекомендаціями в індустрії.
• Ведення бази та аналітики в CRM CleverStaff.
• Супровід процесу адаптації (Onboarding) нових співробітників, координація проходження тестового терміну.
• Проведення регулярних зустрічей One-to-One з командою для моніторингу атмосфери.
• Участь у внутрішніх HR-проектах (оцінка, навчання, корпоративна культура).

Кого шукаємо:

• Мінімальний досвід в рекрутингу буде перевагою.
• Розуміння того, чим системна інтеграція та ІТ-інфраструктура відрізняються від класичної розробки (SaaS/Outsource).

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and continuously improve onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes;

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor HR processes and prepare regular reports (HR and Recruitment metrics).
• Own employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, adaptation, 1:1s, assessment.
• Shape and scale corporate culture, engagement, and internal communications.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our People & Operations team in Uzhgorod. This role is focused on supporting business travel within Ukraine while also helping ensure the local office runs smoothly day to day. You will coordinate travel logistics, manage related documentation and expense tracking, and support visitors and office operations with a hands-on, on-site presence.
