У зв'язку з розширенням команди, ми шукаємо Technical Account Manager (Private Cloud) який стане технічним консультантом для наших клієнтів у випадку нестандартних ситуацій.

Вимоги:
 

• Досвід роботи в телекомунікаціях та/або ІТ (серверна інфраструктура, DevOps, ІТ-інтеграція тощо).
• Загальне розуміння організації та ключових переваг хмарних технологій;
• Розуміння принципів організації основних ІТ-сервісів, які використовуються в середньостатистичних компаніях (AD, DNS, DHCP, термінальний сервер/ферма, файловий сервер, пошта, сервер баз даних, контролер домену, веб-сайт тощо);
• Знання основ побудови телекомунікаційних мереж з комутацією пакетів.

Обов'язки:
 

• Побудова довгострокових дружніх відносин із технічними спеціалістами клієнта для підвищення лояльності клієнта;
• Ініціація та контроль реалізації проектів побудови клієнтських хмарних рішень за моделлю приватної хмари;
• Управління процесом зміни клієнтських хмарних рішень за моделлю приватної хмари;
• Ініціація та контроль реалізації проектів міграції IT-сервісів клієнтів з власної, а також з публічної інфраструктури GigaCloud або іншого провайдера до хмарних рішень за моделлю приватної хмари;
• Взаємодія у різних каналах комунікації з технічними спеціалістами замовника та інженерами – пресейлами у процесі побудови хмарних рішень з технічних питань;
• Взаємодія в різних каналах комунікації з технічними фахівцями клієнта для отримання поточної потреби клієнта в хмарних сервісах, отримання оцінки поточної задоволеності клієнта хмарними сервісами компанії, а також для інформування про нові хмарні сервіси компанії, маркетингові акції тощо.
• Маршрутизація технічних запитів від клієнта приватної хмари всередині команди GigaCloud.

Буде плюсом:
 

• Знання платформи віртуалізації VMware (принципи побудови; основні компоненти; функціональність, наприклад, snapshots, HA, vMotion, vDS);
• Розуміння підходів по забезпеченню високої доступності ІТ-сервісів (кластеризація, реплікація, backup тощо);
• Аналітичні скіли (вміння зібрати дані, виявити закономірності, тенденції та зв'язки між даними).

• Моніторинг працездатності мережевих вузлів та сервісів, аналіз логів, усунення інцидентів;
• Налаштування, оновлення та підтримка комутаторів Juniper, Cisco, D-Link (VLAN, STP, LACP, QoS, SNMP, syslog);
• Участь у проєктуванні мережевої топології, резервуванні каналів, маршрутизації, оптимізації трафіку;
• Автоматизація рутинних операцій (bash, Python, Ansible або інші інструменти);
• Підготовка технічної документації, схем і процедур.

У нашого кандидата точно є:

• Вища освіта за ІТ-напрямком;
• Досвід роботи з FreeBSD (від 2 років), знання структури системи, налаштування мережевих сервісів;
• Практичний досвід з налаштування firewall, nginx, OpenVPN;
• Глибокі знання мережевих протоколів (TCP/IP, ARP, ICMP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, OSPF/BGP — буде перевагою);
