Job Summary:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing their performance, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our affiliate network and ensuring that our partnerships are mutually beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to enhance performance and engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Payment Management: Oversee the timely processing of affiliate payments and commissions.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
• Proficient in affiliate marketing software and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and conversion optimization is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ми шукаємо Affiliate Manager’а у крипто-напрямі без обовʼязкового комерційного досвіду, але з базовим розумінням сфери. Підійде кандидат, який пройшов курси / самостійно вивчав affiliate або crypto та хоче розвиватися в цій вертикалі.

Обовʼязки:

• Пошук та залучення партнерів (webmasters, traffic sources)
• Комунікація з афіліатами (Telegram, Skype, email)
• Підключення партнерів до оферів, супровід та підтримка
• Контроль якості трафіку та базова аналітика
• Робота з CPA / CPL моделями
• Ведення звітності та CRM

• Участь у тестуванні нових GEO, оферів і джерел трафіку

   

Вимоги:
