About the project

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the business transformation and expansion, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers.

Responsibilities

Captures requirements from business stakeholders and prepares user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.

Drive an MVP mindset across the team to ensure that the definition of minimum value and user-testable team outputs.

Work closely with the technology team to ensure the delivery of User Value in line with User Story goals.

Support a shared understanding of User Stories across the team, particularly why they are valuable/prioritised.

Ensure the roadmap is aligned with backlog priorities.

Requirements

Solid understanding of the MVP mindset, understanding the value of short-term planning

At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe / LeSS).

Experience with writing User Stories, and decomposing work to drive prioritisation.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling story.

Comfortable with processes/ technology/IT to understand and help solve problems with the technical team(s), addressing their concerns.

Strong leadership and influencing skills, with confidence in explaining complex processes or technical details to diverse groups of people.

Strong problem solver who can lead the team and push the solution and progress.

It would be a big plus: experience in the Retail domain.

Polish fluent, Upper intermediate English level.

Ukrainian is nice to have.

Обов’язки:

1. Аналіз та верхньорівневий опис бізнес-процесів, визначення ключових обмежень і розробка пропозицій щодо їх оптимізації (як операційної частини бізнесу, так і продуктової);
2. Збір, аналіз і формалізація бізнес-вимог: оцінка доцільності завдань, виявлення взаємозв'язків, вибір способу вирішення, підготовка необхідної документації та передача завдання в роботу команді розробки;
3. Участь у проектах, спрямованих на:

• оптимізацію та автоматизацію бізнес-процесів у сфері e-commerce;
• інтеграцію та розвиток корпоративних IT-систем (ERP, CRM, WMS, CMS);
• розвиток напрямку бізнес-аналітичного консалтингу: від роботи із запитами внутрішніх клієнтів до формування рекомендацій, моделей та рішень;
• аналіз, систематизацію та стандартизацію процесів на рівні компанії.

Основні обов’язки

• Виявлення вимог та аналіз бізнес-потреб замовника щодо майбутнього продукту чи процесу 
• Моделювання поведінки системи та проєктування рішень за допомогою нотацій UML (згідно переліку функціональних та нефункціональних вимог), а також за необхідності створення “початкових” макетів/mockups/wireframes систем інтерфейсу 
• Здійснення аналізу проблемних областей і внесення пропозицій для поліпшення 
• Написання технічної документації необхідної для ведення проєкту, сервісу і передача продукту замовнику (інструкції, технічні завдання, специфікації) 
• Підтримка в актуальному стані опису проєкту/процесу/технології, історії змін та версій в Jira, звіти про тестування на confluence, статус виконання завдань командою розробки в Jira 
• Здійснення декомпозиції завдань, передача в команди розробки, залучення (за потреби) необхідних підрозділів та контроль виконання 
• Валідація схеми тестування функціоналу системи від тестувальника та при потребі проведення первинного тестування функціональності 
• Аналіз помилок, збоїв та причин їх виникнення в роботі систем з подальшим визначенням дій для їх недопущення

Основні вимоги

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду системним аналітиком
• Знання принципів роботи SQL та NoSQL (базовий рівень)
• Знання загальних понять архітектури ПЗ
• Знання засобів моделювання бізнес-процесів, даних, інфраструктури
• Розуміння принципів роботи з API
• Досвід написання технічних завдань або розробки схем бізнес-процесів використовуючи UML, глибокого пропрацювання задач
• Досвід аналізу проблем та генерації ідей по їх мінімізації або повного усунення

Вимоги:
 

• Досвід роботи бізнес-аналітиком у продуктових/інтеграційних командах від 3 років;
• Практичний досвід у побудові та впровадженні CRM-систем (Odoo, Salesforce, Creatio або аналогічних);
