Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Presale / AM / PM within IT outsourcing (mandatory).
• Strong ability to understand business needs, ask meaningful questions, and think in terms of solutions, not just services.
• Experience participating in discovery calls, presale discussions, or supporting negotiations together with the team.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and technical terminology (enough to confidently talk to clients).
• Confidence in client calls and meetings; ability to communicate clearly and think on your feet.

• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and the ability to “connect the dots” between business problems and technical solutions.

   

Will be a Plus:

• Experience with data-related projects (web scraping, data platforms, data engineering, analytics).

• Exposure to complex or custom IT solutions rather than simple, boxed services.

   

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery calls and client meetings, helping uncover real business needs, challenges, and decision criteria.
• Act as a business-oriented sales partner during client conversations - asking the right questions, structuring dialogue, and guiding discussions.
• Work closely with Presale / Delivery / PM teams to translate client needs into clear solution concepts.
• Explain technical ideas in a clear, business-friendly way, involving technical experts when deeper detail is required.
• Support negotiations, clarify scope and value, and help move deals forward through the decision-making process.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients through strong communication and understanding of their context.

We are looking for a motivated person with basic experience in an IT outsourcing or software development environment who wants to grow into a strong IT Sales professional.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in an IT outsourcing (in roles such as Sales, Account , PM, BA, etc.)
• Fluency in English (from B2 and higher)
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Excellent communication skills and basic experience in client communication 
• Experience using AI tools and a willingness to actively use and explore them in daily work
• Proactive mindset and analytical thinking

Responsibilities:

• Learn our sales processes, case studies and understand how we approach IT solutions in practice
• Preparing for discovery calls (researching leads and analyzing business context)
• Participate in discovery calls with support from senior sales team members or technical specialists
• CRM management: updating client data, notes after calls etc
• Gradually take on more responsibility and deepen your involvement in the sales process, growing into a more independent and stronger sales role
