Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager/Affiliate manager/BDM in the affiliate marketing industry.
- 0.5+ year of experience working on dating/sweepstakes projects.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV). Basic knowledge of Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing.
- Strong awareness of the market, key advertisers, and major affiliate programs.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers.
- Exceptional self-management skills with a structured and systematic approach to work.

- Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials.
