• Have 1+ years of experience as Billing Manager/Support Manager
• Have experience with chargebacks, refunds
• Interest in billing/payments and desire to develop in this niche
• Have analytical mindset and systematic approach to completing tasks
• You are independence, formulation of hypotheses and proposals for solving assigned problems
• Proactivity and focus on finding new ideas to improve the financial performance of the project
• Your English is at least Upper Intermediate or higher 

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the financial or banking sector
• Experience working with payment systems
• Understanding of unit economics and data driven decision-making methodology
• Skill in creating technical requirements for developers and running A/B tests
• Experience in negotiations with clients/contractors

What you’ll do:

• Maintaining and developing the billing infrastructure of our web projects
• Monitoring of key indicators affecting billing efficiency: authorization rate, monitoring of risk metrics, including detailed analytics
• Negotiating with payment providers
• Setting tasks for the development team and supporting it 
• Close work with product managers, support team, financiers, management and with the development team

Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Data Analyst to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (paid search, social, email, display).
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• Develop attribution models to optimize budget allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on data-driven decisions.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SQL, and BigQuery.
• Conduct customer segmentation and A/B test analysis.
• Track and report on KPIs: conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, LTV.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and the customer journey.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.

Will be a plus:

• Google Ads Experience.
• Working experience with Python.
• Working experience with GCP.
• Experience analyzing mobile apps data.

We’re looking for a Part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team. If you enjoy being the bridge between users and product teams — and want to make a real impact on people’s lives — we’d love to meet you.

What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of experience as a Customer Support Manager / Agent in B2C (preferred) or B2B
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Experience with payment systems, refunds, or chargebacks is a strong plus
- Strong communication and basic negotiation skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Experience using AI tools to work faster and more effectively
- Availability for a rotating schedule (3–4 hours per day): Day 1 — morning, Day 2 — evening, Day 3 — day off (including weekends and public holidays)

What you’ll do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media
- Escalate and report issues to QA and Development teams to improve product quality
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles as new features are released
- Monitor and respond to user feedback on Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other platforms
Handle refunds, chargebacks, and cancellation requests
- Keep internal support documentation up to date to enable fast team scaling
- Help ensure product quality by checking app performance across different use cases

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various paid marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and more;
• Develop, oversee, and optimize advertising campaigns to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI;
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, forming well-informed perspectives on takeaways, future steps, and potential enhancements;
• Optimize resource allocation by refining campaigns based on data-driven insights from A/B tests and other analytics;
• Work closely with the creative team to create and approve creative and promotional assets;

• 2+ years in a similar position in user acquisition or performance marketing, with proven success in managing significant advertising budgets;

• Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads;
• Experience with user acquisition for mobile apps and web funnels;

What you’ll do:

• Form and lead the product team, launch development, and take full ownership of the entire process
• Own the full product development cycle: from competitive research and scoping to execution and continuous improvement based on data
• Build and scale the mobile product from the ground up, contributing to strategy and execution
• Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve product metrics and increase user satisfaction (eNPS)
• Conduct ongoing user and market research to identify pain points and opportunities
