Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior PPC Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for web projects of our mobile apps

What you’ll do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Search, Display and pMa. 
• Manage advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads, online sales, and ROAS growth Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-converting search opportunities on market
•  Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives to improve CPA and conversion rates
•  Develop and test ad copy, landing pages, and audience strategies through continuous A/B testing
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA 4, GTM and enhanced conversion tracking
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns and product categories
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features within Google Ads and digital advertising platforms

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience as PPC/UA Manager
• Experience of working with web funnels for mobile apps
• Proficiency in Google Ads (search/display/pMax), Google Analytics and related tools
• Experience of full cycle managing PPC campaigns: launch, analysis, optimization, scale
• Experience of managing big budgets
• Understanding of the marketing funnel and the main metrics (CTR, IR, CPC, CPA, CR, LTV, ROAS)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• English level — Intermediate
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision
• Experience of working on multiple projects

Will be a plus:

• Practical experience in any other media source (ex. Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter, ASA, TikTok etc)
• Understand the workflow of mobile analytics systems (Google Firebase, Appsflyer)
• Experience of working with BI systems

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various paid marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and more;
• Develop, oversee, and optimize advertising campaigns to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, forming well-informed perspectives on takeaways, future steps, and potential enhancements
• Optimize resource allocation by refining campaigns based on data-driven insights from A/B tests and other analytics
• Work closely with the creative team to create and approve creative and promotional assets

About you:

• 2+ years in a similar position in user acquisition or performance marketing, with proven success in managing significant advertising budgets
• Strong analytical abilities, experience with A/B testing, and a genuine enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation
• Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Experience with user acquisition for mobile apps and web funnels;
• English level Intermediate or higher
• Ability to work and analyze data using AppsFlyer, Tableau;

Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support analytics across user acquisition and marketing performance.

About you:

• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar).
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI/ROMI, payback.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (transaction-level, event-level).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker Studio).
• Ability to work with attribution data and marketing sources (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

What you’ll do:
- Form and lead the product team, launch development, and take full ownership of the entire process
- Own the full product development cycle: from competitive research and scoping to execution and continuous improvement based on data
- Build and scale the mobile product from the ground up, contributing to strategy and execution
- Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve product metrics and increase user satisfaction (eNPS)
- Conduct ongoing user and market research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Take ownership of in-product content creation to maximize user value

About you:
- At least 1 years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful cases of building B2C products
- Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and knowledge of guidelines of those platforms
- Experience working with content creation within product
- Strong empathy and product intuition
- Proficient knowledge of working with AI instruments for content creation (visual, text)
- Proficient in analyzing product metrics and enhancing them through hypotheses
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, GA and Amplitude
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of autonomy in decision-making, flexible and capable of adapting to changing conditions
- Ability to learn quickly and manage large amounts of information
- High level of self-organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for details
