    AdTribe is a performance marketing agency with 7 years of expertise in scaling e-commerce brands in the USA market. We help our clients grow through Facebook (Meta), Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms. Now, we're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team and work with clients from the USA, UK, Australia, and other Tier-1 markets.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Launch, Manage, and Optimize advertising campaigns for clients, focusing on Facebook (Meta) as the main platform.
    • Strategic Consulting: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and other key business metrics.
    • Client Communication: Engage directly with clients via Slack, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
    • Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports using Whatagraph and Google Sheets.
    • Creative Strategy: Offer creative insights and recommendations to enhance ad performance, create briefs for designers and content creators.
    • Process Improvement: Follow and improve AdTribe’s internal workflows to drive better efficiency and results.
    • Knowledge Management: Keep our internal knowledge base up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and platform updates.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 1+ year of experience managing successful ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.
    • Solid understanding of eCommerce and Lead Generation projects.
    • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience working with US-based clients.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Paid Search Campaigns).
    • Background in a performance marketing agency.
    • Basic design skills with tools like Canva or similar.
    • Experience with AI tools to enhance marketing processes.
    • Proficiency in GA4 for reporting and analytics.
