You own positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence for TimelinesAI. You'll operate as a force multiplier — the human in the loop directing AI agents that do the heavy lifting across every PMM workstream.

🎯 Positioning & Messaging

• Stand up AI workflows that mine customer calls, support threads, reviews, and won/lost deals to surface the language customers actually use about us, our competitors, and the problems we solve.
• Own the messaging house: value props, ICP definitions, segment-specific narratives, proof points. Agents draft and stress-test — you decide what's true and what ships.
• Keep messaging in lockstep with product reality by wiring PRDs, release notes, and changelogs into the agents that maintain our positioning docs, website copy, and pitch narrative.

🚀 Launches & GTM

• Run launches end to end: tiered launch plans, briefs, internal enablement, external comms, in-app, lifecycle, blog, social, video, and the marketplace surfaces that depend on consistent messaging.
• Operate launch agents that draft channel-specific copy, sequence assets, and assemble the launch packet — then you ship the version that's actually on-brand and on-strategy.
• Define and own launch success metrics. Activation lift, awareness in target segments, sales adoption of new positioning, pipeline contribution.

🔍 Competitive Intelligence

• Run an always-on competitive agent that monitors competitor releases, pricing changes, marketplace listings, review sentiment, and content output, and surfaces what changed week over week.
• Maintain living battlecards by segment and competitor. Agents handle the upkeep — you do the judgment calls about how we actually win.
• Translate competitive signal into roadmap input, sales talk tracks, and positioning shifts.

🛠️📢 Voice of Customer & Product Loop

• Pipe support, reviews, NPS, win/loss interviews, and call transcripts into a synthesis workflow that produces the weekly VoC digest for product and leadership.
• Run customer interview programs — recruit, schedule, prep, and recap can all be agent-assisted. The actual conversation is still yours.
• Pair with PM to make sure roadmap decisions reflect customer signal, and that launches reflect what's actually shipping.

🧠 What You Bring

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally with PLG, integrations, or messaging-channel adjacent products.
• You operate AI as a tool of trade, not as a curiosity. Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for production work. Comfort with prompt design, multi-step workflows, and knowing when a model is wrong.
• Hands-on experience with at least one agentic or automation stack — Make, n8n, custom MCP setups, Claude/Cursor/Cline-style operators, or equivalent.
• Strong positioning instincts. You can take a feature list and turn it into a story a buyer actually cares about, and you push back when the narrative doesn't survive contact with a real customer.
• Analytical fluency — Amplitude, GA4, CRM funnel data, call analytics. You can read the numbers and you push back when the data doesn't say what someone claims it says.
• Clear writer. You'll be drafting prompts, briefs, messaging docs, and customer-facing copy that humans and models both need to act on.

• Project Description:

  Join the Data Engineering team to contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of an internal LLM-powered assistant that uses hosted LLM APIs and internal knowledge sources, with a focus on reliability, retrieval quality, and operational excellence.

• Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance ingestion/enrichment pipelines for internal content (parsing/extraction, normalization, metadata enrichment, deduplication, and quality monitoring)
  • Improve indexing and retrieval performance and quality (chunking/segmentation refinements, embedding/index update workflows, metadata filtering, caching) and support hybrid retrieval capabilities (vector + keyword/BM25 + metadata)
  • Implement and maintain access-aware retrieval by propagating/enforcing document permissions through indexing and query-time filters, including audit logs and validation tests

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and 5+ years in Machine Learning, with a proven track record, demonstrated through a robust portfolio of projects.

The mission

Build and launch a new inbound-demand vertical that consistently generates 200–300 booked demos per month through organic content, an authoritative newsletter, and automated funnels from free products and automate it with AI, not manual labor or a bloated team.

You are a one-person orchestra.
Strategy, hypotheses, copy, landing pages, sequences, content, analytics — you run it yourself, using AI as your "extra hands" (design, copy, front-end, and research through AI tools, not contractors).

What you'll do

Lifecycle / CRM marketing (core)

• Build and monetize segmented work across the base: newsletter, unsubscribers and cooled-off leads, leads from the sales pipeline, leads from cold outreach. Different segments → different scoring → different sequences.
• Find the signals yourself and turn them into triggered sequences. Example signals: booked a demo but didn't show; read N newsletter issues; used a free product X times; sat in the pipeline for N days. These are examples — your job is to spot such signals and build flows around them.
• Reactivate the "sleeping" base (several thousand leads no longer worth active outreach but recoverable through sequences).

Newsletter as an asset

• Build a genuinely strong, authoritative newsletter — #1 in our space on building and scaling a business / lead gen on Upwork for service companies and freelancers. Not a "mailing list," but a media asset that grows the base and warms it toward demos.

Growth / organic

• Organic growth on LinkedIn and X (Twitter), plus experiments (Reddit, niche content, etc.): viral/value posts that feed funnels.
• Scale a network of established employee accounts (founder-led + team advocates) — not faceless farms, but real personal brands at varying stages that need to be systematized and amplified.
• Funnels from free products: lead magnet → email capture → nurture → auto-purchase of a paid product or a demo.

AI as the way you build it all "by hand"

• Build repeatable marketing systems on AI tools (Cowork, Codex, and similar): a content engine (agents pull data → assemble a content plan → turn it into posts), sequence generation, landing pages, calculators, banners — without pulling in developers or design studios.
• Mine our large internal content library into posts, funnels, and sequences — rather than inventing from scratch.

CRO / web / reputation

• Raise conversion on the site and landing pages (demo page, free-product pages).
• Work on brand reputation: systematic review responses (Trustpilot / G2, etc.), messaging, demo experience.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a marketer who applies AI brilliantly to marketing problems, not a developer placed on marketing.

• 3–5+ years in marketing, specifically in B2B SaaS for the US market.
• A strong foundation in conversion marketing: you crank conversion through meaning — audience pains and desires, purchase triggers, offer structure. That's your base, not just "having seen a lot."
• Proven cases with numbers: you personally wrote converting copy in newsletters/sequences and personally moved landing-page conversion — and can show "before → after."
• Proven volume: you've generated a comparable number of SQLs/demos (in the hundreds per month), not just "ran campaigns."
• Hands-on AI fluency: you already build marketing systems with AI (Cowork / Codex / etc.) and can validate what AI produces, not just publish it blindly.
• Fluent English.
• Ideal background: B2B SaaS in a close space including SalesTech, MarTech, GTM-tech that sold to agencies and service companies. Then you already know our buyer and need no ramp-up on the ICP. Candidates from an agency background aren't a fit; we need a product/SaaS background
• A hard requirement — everything hands-on. The "I assigned tasks to a team/contractors and they did it" profile isn't a fit. We need someone who did it themselves and owned the result.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

• System Developer – Custom AI & Multi-Agent Systems (Python / Gemini): is responsible for development to design, implement, and maintain a custom, production-grade AI system built in Python and powered by Google Gemini models.

The Role

We need a Senior Flutter Developer who will own our mobile product end to end. This is not a ticket-taker role. You will be the technical authority on our iOS and Android apps, making architectural decisions, setting standards, and driving the mobile roadmap from planning through to production.

You will define how we build mobile at TWINii, not just for today's team, but for the team we are scaling into. That means auditing what exists, establishing the architecture and standards the next five engineers will work within, and making us faster as we grow, not slower.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Leadership. Own the mobile architecture. Make and document decisions on state management, navigation patterns, module structure, and platform integration strategy. You set the direction, you do not wait for it.

Project Ownership. Drive the mobile roadmap alongside product and design. Scope work, flag risks early, and deliver without needing to be managed.

Architecture Audit. Assess the current mobile codebase, identify structural weaknesses and technical debt, and build a clear roadmap to a more robust, scalable architecture.

Native Bridge Expertise. You do not just use packages. You modify them. You dive into Swift and Kotlin to fix what Flutter can not.

System-Level Awareness. iOS and Android app lifecycles, background execution limits, memory management, and threading.

Code Quality and Standards. Establish and enforce coding standards, review architecture and PRs, and ensure the codebase stays maintainable as the team grows.

Team Building. Define how the mobile team works: sprint cadences, PR review standards, branch strategy, release processes, and how we onboard new engineers.

Cross-Functional Guidance. Partner with product, AI, and backend teams to ensure mobile architecture is designed for features coming, not just features shipped.

UI Precision. Pixel-perfect interfaces that respect device-level realities.

Performance. Identify and eliminate memory leaks, jank, and bottlenecks.

Security. Handle platform-specific behaviours including permissions, notifications, and secure storage.

Required Technical Skills

• 5+ years of Flutter in production, 7+ years of professional mobile development overall
• Track record of leading a mobile project or team. You have been the person responsible for mobile output, not just a contributor
• Real-time communication integration: WebSockets, WebRTC, or LiveKit (or equivalent voice/video streaming SDKs)
• Audio and video playback/streaming on mobile
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-driven features on the client side
• Deep command of Dart: async programming, isolates, and streams
