About the project 

A European AI company is building a platform for running AI models. It has to install wherever its customers need it, in public cloud, private and sovereign cloud, on-prem Kubernetes and networks with no internet access. We are looking for an engineer to own how the platform is packaged, installed, upgraded and connected to customer infrastructure.

What you will do Build and maintain the Helm charts, operators and offline bundles that install and upgrade the platform across Kubernetes distributions and clouds, including air-gapped networks. We're hiring full-time developer to build and maintain our Python/Flask platforms that collects data from a growing list of websites. We're looking for an engineer to own that data end to end: collecting it reliably, structuring it well, analyzing it with AI, and exposing it through APIs that our other applications depend on.

What you'll do
 

1. Scraping

• Add new sites to the scraper. Analyze each target site's structure, write parsers with BeautifulSoup4, and map the extracted data into our database models.
• Maintain existing scrapers. Diagnose and fix breakages caused by layout changes, new anti-bot measures, or changed endpoints.
• Work with our adaptive HTTP client. Our client falls back through curl_cffi → httpx → requests → hrequests. You'll tune it per site, handling headers, cookies, sessions, TLS/browser impersonation, and retries.
• Keep daily runs dependable. Add logging, alerting, and failure reporting to our scheduled jobs so problems surface quickly.

2. Database design

• Design clean, scalable schemas. Model scraped data with proper normalization, keys, constraints, and indexes, balancing data integrity against query performance.
• Manage schema changes safely. Use migrations (Alembic / Flask-Migrate) across SQLite in development and PostgreSQL in production.
• Protect data quality. Validate, normalize, and deduplicate data so that everything built downstream can rely on it.

3. AI and data analysis

• Turn raw data into insight. Analyze scraped data to find trends, anomalies, and patterns that matter to the business.
• Apply LLMs where they add value. Use models such as Claude or GPT for classification, summarization, entity extraction, and structured output from unstructured text.

You will lead a brand-new Meta Web2App testing track from the ground up and take an already-live Snapchat channel through its next stage of scale, working end-to-end: briefing creatives, reading the numbers, adjusting bids and audiences, and turning what you learn into the next test — across a portfolio of web products that already reach a multi-million global audience. In this role, you will

• Own and scale Snapchat Ads campaigns (with a clear path to expanding into TikTok and Meta) against ROMI, spend, and growth KPIs
• Drive the creative process end-to-end: generate hypotheses, brief the creative team, and control quality through data-driven iterations
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily across core metrics — CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, LTV
• Design and test hypotheses across audiences, bidding strategies, creative formats, and funnels
• Use AI tools actively for analytics, creative ideation, and automating routine work
• Prepare and present test strategy, results, and plans — at internal checkpoints, to your manager, and in external cross-team and product-marketing meetings

• Independently solve both acquisition and technical challenges (integrations, tracking, attribution) in collaboration with ad networks and internal teams

   

It's all about you

• 1.5-2+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising for mobile apps
• Hands-on experience with social ad platforms — TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, or similar
• Solid grasp of core UA math — CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, LTV, and unit economics
• Experience building a creative process and testing hypotheses — creatives, audiences, campaign optimization
• Confident use of AI tools in daily work — for analytics, creative and copy generation, and process automation — with the ability to write sharp prompts and critically evaluate results
• Strong communication skills — able to present strategy, results, and plans clearly and logically, both within the team and externally
• High autonomy — comfortable finding information and solutions independently, learning fast, and owning tasks end-to-end
• English at Intermediate (B1+) or higher

Would be a plus

• Experience running several social platforms in parallel — TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat together
• Experience automating campaign launches, testing, and reporting across networks with AI tools
