Senior Business Analyst (offline)

We are a product company which is developing a new and unique trading ecosystem. It includes more than 10 blocks — CRM, Chat, BI, Trading Engine, Education and other blocks which will be easy to use for both, clients of the trading platform and operator companies.
Thousands of people are already using our infrastructure and we are further focused on development. We are actively looking for a professional Business Analyst who will become part of our team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
• Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts
• Knowledge of business process description methodologies (BPMN, EPC, IDEF0, etc.)
• Knowledge of the describing tasks Agile methodology: epic, user story, use case
• Strong knowledge and expertise in trading is a strong plus
• Knowledge of the methodology of collection, analysis and formalization
• Understanding of API interfaces (experience with Postman and similar apps) and ERD diagrams

Responsibilities:
• Gather user and business requirements
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
• Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options
• Conduct backlog groomings and estimations sessions
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements to developers/project team
• Document data flow diagrams, entity descriptions
