Middle + Node.js developer (offline)

Required skills
3+ years of experience with Node.js is a must
Experience with one of payments systems Stripe, Plaid, VoPay, Braintree
Experience working with SQL databases (Postgres is preferred)
Nice to have: experience with Docker and Linux/macOS to set up your local dev environment
Upper-intermediate English is a must

Responsibilities
Follow organizational processes and best practices in an Agile team environment
Daily calls with customer
Developing new functionality, suggesting improvements to codebase and the product

Project description
Established startup in an area of home maintenance and improvements, you’ll be working with top talent from Toronto, Canada. You’re going to work on improving existing backend as well as occasionally helping on the frontend. Team values great code and has a strong code review culture. You’ll be working directly with Senior Product Manager who always listens to developer feedback. The startup is profitable and has hundreds of paying users in Canada and is looking to expand to US.
