Integrations Technical Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
Work with CS, Support teams and customers to learn about the customer and CS integration issues
Based on the collected information, in a collaboration with the team, shape integrations team backlog
Work with the integrations team to make sure the delivery of the committed features
With a team, establish and control development processes in the engineering team
Develop requirements and mappings for ERP and CRM connectors
Develop and maintain customer-facing connector, API and CSV documentation
Help QA personnel to create the right test cases for integration testing.
Manage in customer and partner API implementation projects
Work with engineers to develop plans for API and connector improvements
Serve as a liaison between CS and Integration teams
Requirements:
Deep understanding of the RESTful and SOAP APIs, CSV, FTP, Relational Databases.
Experience with POSTman or similar tools
Experience working with one or more ERP system, integrating with those
Solid understanding of the US corporate finance, including accounts receivable
Advanced spoken and written English
Direct experience collaborating with English-speaking customers and partners
Experience working in several large scale integration projects with ERPs or CRMs
Experience managing multi-participant projects and getting things done
Experience using IPaaS tools is a plus.
Software engineering experience is a plus.
