PM/Scrum master (offline)

Job Description
Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and team members
Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Submitting and obtaining approvals for project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Performing risk management to minimize project risks
Meeting budgetary objectives utilizing available resources
Qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management
Proven ability to lead project team of 7-9 persons
Deep problem solving and strong analytical skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Knowledge of Agile/non-Agile methodologies and SDLC
Expertise in critical path and risk assessment
Experience of requirements management
Earned value management
Fluent in English
WOULD BE A PLUS:

Technical background
Experience working in Logistics or Automotive domains
Additional information
The project would be about development of a platform to manage material handling equipment – to build routes; to secure they are followed according to coordinates/maps, etc.
Onsite visit might be required.
