Training during the first two weeks is provided.

 

Working conditions:

- Working in the remote full-time. The company operates in the US market, so it’s a good opportunity to work and receive a lot of experience with American people.

- The growth is possible inside of tech department (manual QA) and outside in another departments as well.

 

 

Work specifics:

- working days — Mon-Fri.

- Schedule: 10 am — 6 pm EST (5 pm — 1 am EET)

- Necessary to have a Skype account and a microphone.

 

Duties:

- providing technical support for clients while using the platform for creating and customizing the online store.

- data support

- marketplaces support

- other tasks

 

Requirements:

- (level of English — intermediate or higher (both oral and written)

- work experience 1 year or more
