IT Researcher Intern (offline)

Our company invites a professional, motivated and proactive IT Researcher Intern to join our friendly recruitment team. Your job will be to help our famous customers from Western Europe and the USA find great development talents to join their teams. It is a unique opportunity to join a team of 25+ professional recruiters with 3-5+ years of experience in the field of IT recruitment, who will become your valuable mentors and will certainly share their expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing for potential candidates
CV screening according to vacancies requirements
Initial contact with candidates
Maintenance of databases, related reports
Various market analysis, researches, related reports
Monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals and reporting problems, if any, to recruiters

REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of IT market specifics
Proficiency with PC (MS Office, Google docs)
Knowledge of different searching tools
Strong will to develop in IT recruiting
Attention to details
Analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks
Ability to meet deadlines
At least Intermediate level of written and spoken English

Certificate of IT Recruitment Courses Completion
