Requirements:

- 1+ year experience as a Project Manager in the gaming/gambling field;

- Understanding of the game development process;

- Project management and planning experience;

- The ability to work in multitasking mode;

- The ability to effectively interact with people;

- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence teams;

- Accuracy, integrity and responsibility.


Responsibilities:

- Managing the game development art processes (from 3 to 7 people);

- Continuous optimization of art processes;

- Team motivation;

- Managing art development roadmap;

- Managing weekly and monthly status reports;

- Agile meeting conducting.
