IT sales, Business Developer Manager Offline

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years successful experience in Sales

- Fluent written and spoken English with excellent comprehension skills

- Sales-minded, result-oriented and persistent, with proactive position

- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus

- Team player with a strong sense of ownership and «get things done» attitude

- Successful experience in sales or communication with customers

- Willingness to work to the fullest!

 

Would be a plus:

- Basic IT technical understanding

- Experience in a call or service center with customers in the US

 

Responsibilities:

- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers

- Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships;

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calls/emails

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Coordinate the sales effort with team members and other departments

- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
