Linux Operations, Product Company Offline

Requirements:

- Linux servers' setup, administration, and maintenance

- Strong L2/L3 networking switching/routing knowledge and experience with Linux 2.6+, ipv6 concepts' knowledge is a plus

- Strong knowledge/experience of basic Internet services/protocols and their Linux implementations (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP(S), FTP)

- Good understanding of virtualization technologies' differences, experience with either of modern virtualization solutions' is a plus

- Strong bash scripting skills, POSIX shell scripting is a plus

- Microsoft Windows Server knowledge and experience is a plus

- Python/LUA/Perl basics

- Zabbix/Grafana

Responsibilities:

- Solve complex Linux issues in dev/stage/lab/production hypervisors' clusters as well as in virtualized customer containers/VMs

- Develop creative solutions to complex technological challenges.

- Maintain, develop and improve automation for large-scale dev/stage and production clusters/environments.

- Deploy, upgrade production clusters/environments with minimal downtime.

- Harden operating systems against compromise.

- Work closely with R&D and QA teams to maintain, develop and improve their environments.
