Stockperks is an early-stage fin-tech startup based in New York developing a first-to-market

platform to connect listed companies globally to retail investors.

The first development phase has been completed, and a mobile web-based MVP demonstrating the central user journey is in place. Moving forward, the top priority is to develop mobile native experiences for retail investors. There is a substantial roadmap of features already

captured, and we benefit from strong relationships with prospective customers for rapid, high-quality user feedback.

Responsibilities:

- Attract talented engineers to your team; build a high performing team; mentor, coach and provide regular feedback to engineers

- Lead the end-to-end development of a scalable & engaging experience for retail investors and listed companies

- Collaborate with the founders on architecture, designs, engineering strategies, and feature roadmaps

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Excellent full-stack coding and architectural patterns skills

- Excellent team leadership and people management skills

- Experience in building consumer- and enterprise-grade apps, in terms of scalability,

robustness, performance, and security

- JavaScript, Node.js, React, Postgres, Hasura, Redis, GraphQL, Typescript, Passport.js, Zeit, Docker, Yarn, GitHub, Jira
