Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience as a hands-on full stack team leader/tech lead, leading a web-based product development

- 2+ years of experience React.js

- 2+ years of proven hands-on experience with node.js on the server-side

- 2+ years of experience with databases (preferably NoSQL DBs such as MongoDB)

- Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile

- Continuous integration tools and practices

- Strong analytical skills and personal skills

- Upper-Intermediate level of English

Advantage:

- Experience with AWS

- Experience with Dockers/Kubernetes

- Experience with Microservices Architecture

- Experience PHP (migration purposes)

- BSc in computer science (or an equivalent degree)

Responsibilities

- Leading a Fullstack development team of 4 developers

- Integrating and continuously improving agile methodologies within your team

- Developing products from scratch

- Working closely with Architects, QA, Dev-Ops, Product, and management

- Mentoring, Coaching team members and set a high technical bar for the team

- Leading hands-on aspects of the development cycle including code and design reviews

- Leading the product development full lifecycle from early stages to production
