Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help us scale existing products, launch new initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and build effective product strategies in a challenging and competitive environment.

We are looking for someone with strong product thinking, a data-driven mindset, and proven experience in managing products end-to-end — from ideation to measurable results.

😎 What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing B2C products in a highly competitive digital industry.
• Strong understanding of product and business metrics: GGR, NGR, LTV, ROI, ROMI, and Payback.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product ownership, from ideation and hypothesis validation to launch and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and product experimentation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with competitor analysis, user behavior research, audience segmentation, and traffic insights.

⚡️ Your future responsibilities:

• Develop and launch product initiatives aimed at improving key business metrics, including LTV, Retention, and Revenue.
• Conduct in-depth product analysis, identify growth opportunities, and validate hypotheses through A/B testing.
• Own and evolve the Product Roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and track delivery.
• Manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation and development to launch and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Design, Billing, and Operations teams.
• Define product KPIs, monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust the roadmap based on data.
• Define and manage product requirements, from high-level concepts to detailed specifications.
• Contribute to product strategy and continuously improve team processes.
