Customer Success Specialist (B2B SaaS)
Help coworking operators around the world launch on Spacebring and keep getting value from it.
Spacebring is a Ukrainian product company backed by Google. We build software that coworking operators use to automate bookings, billing, and daily operations, so administrators save more than 15 hours a week. Hundreds of spaces in 55+ countries run on Spacebring, including Kooperativ, Creative States, Diia Business, Google for Startups, and Impact Hub.
You'll join our Go-to-market team and own a portfolio of international B2B customers, from the first onboarding call to long-term retention. You'll work directly with operators, spot risks early, and bring what you learn back to Product.
What you'll do
- Run onboarding for new customers over video calls and email, from setup to a confident launch.
- Learn each operator's goals and workflows, and recommend practical ways to get more out of Spacebring.
- Drive adoption with proactive check-ins, training, and clear next steps.
- Track customer health, act early on risks, and keep retention at 98%+ across your accounts.
- Turn happy customers into advocates who share reviews and case studies.
- Bring structured feedback to the Product and Go-to-market teams.
