Senior Project Manager

Dataforest is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to take ownership of project execution and account growth within our fast-paced environment. We are seeking a professional with a dynamic, startup-like mindset who excels at managing multiple project streams concurrently, understands software development concepts, stays resilient under pressure, and knows how to grow client accounts through stellar delivery.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Outsourcing Background: 5+ years of experience as a Senior PM  in IT outsourcing.
• Multi-Project Execution & Agility: Ability to maintain context and concurrently manage 3–5 dynamic projects of varying scopes (from short-term Fixed-Price engagements to long-term dedicated teams).
• Technical & Engineering Literacy: Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); technical or Business Analysis background (or deep experience collaborating with tech leads); able to grasp software architecture concepts and guide teams without getting lost in technical discussions.
• Account Growth & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience growing client accounts (e.g., turning a small initial team or short project into a long-term partnership through excellent delivery and proactive communication).
• Financial Management: Experience tracking project budgets, profitability, and key financial metrics.
• Tools & Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) frameworks and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Language Proficiency: C1 (Advanced/Fluent) English for effective daily communication with international clients.

• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams across multiple parallel project streams.
• Client Engagement & Account Growth: Build trust with client stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and expand project scope organically.
• Financial Control: Monitor project budgets, margins, and operational performance metrics.
• Tech Lead Alignment: Partner closely with tech leads and engineers to resolve blockers, ensure project health, and maintain high standards.
