Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects involving cross-functional initiatives across web development, marketing, logistics, and information security.

The role involves coordinating multiple teams, managing dependencies between different workstreams, collaborating with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Architects, internal departments, and external vendors.

The main objective of this role is to ensure smooth collaboration between teams, effective communication across all project stakeholders, timely identification of blockers, and coordination of their resolution.

Project Areas

• HealthTech, AI & Innovation: Implementation of AI-powered tools, including AI search and natural-language product ordering, as well as development of microservices for collecting and analyzing data from users' smart devices.
• Omnichannel & Loyalty Programs: Building a seamless customer experience across the website, mobile application, and chatbots. This includes integrating databases, orders, and communications, working with external loyalty systems, and automating promotional activities.
• Logistics & Delivery: Expanding platform capabilities through the development and integration of address-based courier delivery processes in collaboration with leading logistics and payment providers.
• E-commerce Architecture: Managing platform audit, optimization, and scaling projects to ensure stability during peak marketing loads.
• Information Security: Coordinating initiatives to strengthen web infrastructure security, including protection against DDoS attacks and automated scanning, in collaboration with development teams and external auditors.

Responsibilities

1. Project Portfolio Management & Project Understanding

• Understand the goals, structure, and key processes of each project.
• Understand team responsibilities and their contribution to overall project objectives.
• Identify dependencies between teams and tasks, assessing how delays in one area may affect other teams and overall project timelines.
• Identify cross-team blockers, assess their impact, and coordinate actions to resolve them.

2. Cross-functional Communication & Synchronization

• Organize effective communication between teams and business stakeholders.
• Align team plans, tasks, and priorities.
• Ensure a shared understanding of project goals, deadlines, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate the resolution of conflicting issues.
• Ensure timely communication of changes, problems, risks, and team progress.

3. Task Management & Execution Control

• Clearly define tasks, including their objectives, expected outcomes, and responsible team members.
• Monitor task progress, deadlines, priorities, and dependencies.
• Identify delays and blockers and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date information on task and project statuses.

4. Project Documentation & Reporting

• Develop and maintain a Project Roadmap, defining key milestones, timelines, and dependencies between teams.
• Prepare Project Status Reports covering project progress, current status, blockers, risks, and deviations from the plan.
• Document Change Requests, assess their impact on tasks, timelines, and teams, and coordinate the approval process.
• Create and maintain a Project Charter, outlining project objectives, scope, key milestones, stakeholders, and responsibilities.

5. Collaboration with Business Analysts

• Understand business requirements, technical specifications, and documentation prepared by Business Analysts.
• Identify questions and requirements that need further clarification.
• Define tasks for Business Analysts, clearly outlining objectives, context, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate collaboration between Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and project teams.
• Ensure timely information exchange and alignment of requirements.
