Business Development Manager (USA)
We’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales & Customer Retention Representative to join our igaming-product team and work with existing customers in the US market. You’ll communicate with registered users, build relationships, identify customer needs, and drive repeat purchases through effective phone sales and follow-ups.
This role is a great fit for someone who knows how to turn conversations into sales, handle objections, and consistently achieve performance targets.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to registered customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with your customer portfolio.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant offers.
- Drive repeat purchases and customer engagement.
- Handle objections and confidently close sales.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in phone sales, telesales, or call center sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- A results-driven mindset and confidence in phone communication.
Compensation & Benefits

- After the probation period, the KPI and bonus structure will be reviewed based on your results.

Paid vacation is provided in two installments of 5 days.
Working Conditions
- Full-time schedule, 5 days per week.
- Rotating days off, including possible weekend shifts.
- Working hours follow the US market schedule:
- Summer: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UTC−5).
- Winter: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (UTC−5).
- Breaks: three 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
- Online office format: camera on and screen sharing during working hours.
B2B contract. The company provides additional coverage for income tax.
