🚀 Anti-Fraud Traffic Analyst (Affiliate Marketing | iGaming)

About the Role

We're looking for an Anti-Fraud Traffic Analyst to join our Affiliate Marketing team and take ownership of traffic quality across our iGaming brands targeting Tier 1 markets (UK & Netherlands).

This is not a classic payment or KYC anti-fraud role. Your primary focus will be affiliate traffic analytics, FTD validation, fraud detection, and traffic quality assessment before partner payouts are approved.

You'll work closely with Affiliate Managers, Marketing, BI, and Product teams to ensure that every acquisition channel delivers real, valuable players while continuously improving fraud detection processes through data analysis and automation.

What You'll Do

• Analyze affiliate traffic performance across partners, campaigns, and traffic sources.
• Validate FTD quality before billing and identify low-quality or fraudulent acquisitions.
• Detect traffic manipulation, including:
  • Multi-accounting;
  • Bot traffic;
  • Device and identity overlaps;
  • VPN / Proxy usage;
  • Bonus abuse;
  • Fake registrations and deposit patterns;
  • Incentivized or low-intent traffic.
• Investigate suspicious behavioral patterns using player activity, retention, deposits, gameplay, and conversion metrics.
• Cross-check data between Affilka, tracking platforms, BigQuery, and internal BI tools.
• Build clear evidence-based reports supporting traffic rejection decisions.
• Develop and continuously improve anti-fraud rules, validation logic, and traffic quality standards.
• Identify recurring fraud patterns and recommend preventive solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate Managers to improve partner quality and optimize acquisition performance.
• Work alongside Marketing, BI, Product, and CRM teams to understand how traffic quality impacts long-term player value.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Traffic Analytics, Anti-Fraud, Media Buying, or iGaming Analytics.
• Strong understanding of affiliate traffic, player acquisition funnels, and common fraud schemes.
• Experience analyzing acquisition quality beyond simple conversion metrics.
• Confident working with large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic SQL skills (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY).
• Experience working with platforms such as:
  • Affilka;
  • Keitaro;
  • Voluum;
  • or similar affiliate tracking systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to justify decisions using data.
• English level B1+.

AI & Automation

We highly value specialists who actively leverage AI to improve efficiency.

Experience using AI tools for:

• automating repetitive workflows;
• building dashboards and reporting;
• data analysis;
• writing SQL queries;
• developing internal analytical tools;
• creating lightweight internal CRM or monitoring solutions

will be considered a significant advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Tier 1 markets (UK / Netherlands).
• Experience with device fingerprinting solutions.
• Knowledge of KYC / AML processes.
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
• Python or scripting skills for workflow automation.
