SMM / Marketing Manager

Project Overview

We are looking for a Junior SMM & Marketing Specialist to join Group107. You’ll be a true one-person show: you’ll own our social media end-to-end, from idea to content creation, publishing and promotion. AI tools are at the core of how you work. You use them daily to create content, generate videos and move fast. You live and breathe social media, and you always know what’s trending.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SMM or content creation (a Junior level is fine; we care about skills, not titles)
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram: algorithms, trends and content formats
• Daily experience with AI tools for content creation, with real examples of AI-generated content you can show
• Experience generating AI videos and editing them (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci or similar)
• Understanding of marketing basics
• Ability to work with a wide range of tools and learn new ones fast

• English: B2+

   

Nice to Have

• Experience as an influencer or content creator with your own audience.
• Experience in IT / B2B tech marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe tools).

• Experience with AI automations (Zapier, Make, n8n).

   

Responsibilities

• Build and run the content strategy and publishing calendar for TikTok and Instagram
• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks), including generating videos with AI tools and editing them yourself
• Create and adapt copy and visuals with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, AI video tools)
• Follow trends and quickly turn them into content ideas
• Grow reach and engagement and promote content across channels
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, views) and report on results

• Independently test new formats, tools and AI-driven workflows
