Project Manager(German+English)

We are looking for a Project Manager with German to join our team and work on a technically complex and innovative product with integration activities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as an IT Project Manager;
• German - Advanced/Fluent
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Scrum & Agile;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to details;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs;
• Ability to think and learn fast, go into details and take ownership of those;
• High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances, and feedback.
   

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning, budgeting, execution, and control;
• Maintain constant communication with the client, providing project status updates and resolving project-related issues;
• Analyze project risks and develop plans to mitigate risks and minimize the impact of adverse events on the project;
• Manage the project team, assign tasks, provide support and motivation, coordinate work, and ensure tasks are executed according to project requirements;
• Report on project status and task progress to clients and company management;
• Analyze and improve the processes used in projects to enhance work quality and task efficiency.
