Customer Success Specialist

Customer Success Specialist at Profisea 
Profisea, an AWS and GCP Premier Partner working with high growth startups, is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support Uniskai customers, both direct clients and reseller partners. Great fit for junior candidates who want to grow in cloud and DevOps.

What you will do: 
Own ongoing communication with direct customers and reseller partners. 
Onboard new users, guide them through platform features, and drive adoption.
Support resellers with enablement and everything they need to sell and support Uniskai. 
Collect feedback and share insights with product and technical teams. 
Coordinate technical support and follow up until resolved.

What we expect: 
Fluent English, must. 
High availability for customers, must. 
Willingness to work with a team from abroad, must. 
Strong communication and organizational skills. 
Interest in cloud or DevOps is a plus, SaaS or support experience is a plus but not required.
