Senior Project / Delivery Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project / Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale data, analytics, and digital transformation project for a client in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technology programs within banking or insurance, with proven experience in delivering Customer 360, CRM, or Business Intelligence solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, initially for 13 weeks, with the possibility of long-term extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery against a fixed three-month implementation plan.
- Manage milestones, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate two production releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Establish and maintain project governance, including steering committees and weekly project boards.
- Prepare weekly Earned Value Analysis (EVA) reports and biweekly executive summaries.
- Oversee deliverable acceptance, change requests, and change control processes.
- Manage a cross-functional team of 10–12 on-site and remote specialists, including Data Engineers, BI Developers, QA Engineers, UX Designers, and CRM specialists.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Ensure project compliance with relevant Saudi Arabian financial regulations and data protection requirements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, or digital transformation programs for banks or insurance companies.
- Proven experience delivering at least one Customer 360, CRM, or BI program of comparable scope.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, budgeting, and delivery reporting.
- Experience managing milestone-driven projects with strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements, including SAMA / Insurance Authority cybersecurity frameworks, PDPL, and data residency.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience delivering projects in the insurance industry.
- Experience working with Saudi banks, insurance companies, or financial institutions.
- Vendor-side project delivery experience.
- Arabic language proficiency.

Full-time on-site presence in Riyadh is mandatory.
