Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably within crypto, fintech, Web3, technology, or global consumer brands.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) is essential. Spanish and other foreign languages are a strong advantage.
• Proven experience developing and executing international influencer marketing strategies across Europe, LATAM, and other global markets.
• Strong track record of launching and scaling influencer campaigns, ambassador programs, affiliate marketing initiatives, and long-term creator partnerships.
• Strong analytical and performance marketing skills, with hands-on experience in KPI management, attribution, CAC, CPA, ROI, ROMI, conversion rates, and user acquisition.
• Deep understanding of brand awareness metrics, audience reach, engagement, share of voice, and brand positioning.
• Proven leadership skills, including team management, strategic planning, budget ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international agencies, influencers, creators, and strategic partners.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with full ownership of strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of crypto and fintech products, influencer marketing regulations, advertising disclosures, and reputational risk management across international markets.
• English - C1. Spanish - would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global influencer marketing strategy for WhiteBIT and W Group, aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and international expansion.
• Lead and develop the influencer marketing team, establishing effective processes, clear KPIs, accountability, and high performance standards.
• Plan, launch, and scale influencer marketing campaigns worldwide, including Europe, Asia, LATAM, and other strategic markets.
• Build, launch, and manage global ambassador and affiliate programs, ensuring scalable partnerships and measurable business impact.
• Drive brand awareness, brand visibility, and reputation through strategic partnerships with leading influencers, KOLs, creators, and industry opinion leaders.
• Deliver measurable performance results, including user acquisition, registrations, conversions, and improved customer acquisition efficiency.
• Own influencer marketing budgets, optimize investments, and ensure achievement of ROI, ROMI, and performance targets.
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, reporting dashboards, and data-driven campaign optimization processes.
• Identify and establish partnerships with high-impact global influencers, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with global and local marketing, PR, brand, performance, and business development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
