About the Project
A fast-growing European pharmaceutical company focused on improving access to innovative treatments for patients. As the business continues to expand internationally, the company is launching a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation to streamline financial operations. The project will establish a centralized ERP system and support its rollout across multiple European entities.
We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant/ERP Business Analyst to take ownership of financial processes, data migration, and cross-functional coordination throughout the implementation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation with internal teams and external partners.
- Gather financial requirements and support ERP configuration across core accounting processes.
- Manage data preparation, mapping, validation, and migration.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure smooth integration of business processes.
- Support ERP testing, go-live preparation, and rollout across European entities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- 2+ years of ERP implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- English: B2 level or higher.
