We are looking for a driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow affiliate channels for Moonlock. In this role, you will recruit and onboard high-performing affiliate partners, negotiate performant commercial terms, and protect program efficiency against ad fraud. If you thrive on scaling mobile traffic across Tier-1 markets, leveraging attribution data, and optimizing campaign ROI, we’d love to meet you!

In this role, you will:

• Recruit, qualify, and onboard new affiliate partners and mobile networks, converting agreements into live, high-producing campaigns.
• Structure performance-based agreements (CPI/CPA caps, payout tiers, volume bonuses, exclusivity terms) and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Conduct daily performance monitoring, cohort analyses, and custom reporting to evaluate campaign profitability and partner quality.
• Detect and mitigate mobile fraud patterns (click flooding, install hijacking, SDK spoofing) and adjust partner terms or payouts accordingly.
• Track attribution setup and deep link configurations using AppsFlyer, navigating iOS ATT, AAP, and SKAN frameworks.
• Build LTV-to-CAC payback models to reallocate budgets toward partners driving sustained user value rather than just install volume.
• Manage end-to-end partner operations, including onboarding, performance tracking, budget planning, and invoicing with the Finance team.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile affiliate marketing, performance-based user acquisition, and managing In-App campaigns.
• Proven track record of actively identifying, qualifying, onboarding, and scaling high-performing affiliate networks, direct publishers, and media partners.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, structuring custom deal terms (CPI/CPA caps, payout tiers, volume bonuses, exclusivity), and contract lifecycle management.
• Practical proficiency with Mobile Measurement Platforms like AppsFlyer (or Adjust), including deep linking, attribution setup, and fluency in navigating iOS ATT, AAP, and SKAN frameworks.
• Deep understanding of mobile ad fraud mechanics (click flooding, install hijacking, SDK spoofing) with a proven ability to detect anomalies, enforce compliance, and protect program ROI.
• Strong analytical mindset and fluency in core mobile KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, D1/D7/D30 retention) paired with the ability to build and analyze LTV-to-CAC payback models.
• Solid background in driving user acquisition for Tier-1 markets and successfully managing monthly budgets of $50k+.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian.

As a plus:

• Familiarity with affiliate management platforms (e.g., Impact or PartnerStack) and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
• Basic SQL querying skills or experience building automated dashboard reports in Looker Studio.
