Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to innovative projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry, preferably within outsourcing companies.

• Solid understanding of the GameDev domain

• Strong experience with requirements management throughout the full SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and change management.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
•Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, both written and spoken.
