Data Entry Specialist

Looking for a Data Entry specialist to join an ongoing Canadian project in healthcare sphere. Fully remote, long-term cooperation.

10:30 am - 7:00 pm GMT (Kyiv) +2

Duties: You will have to find and attach Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) to the products.

How does it work:
– The client provides information on the product they need an SDS for via email.
– Data Entry Specialist searches for the SDS within the system, if available and up-to-date - clicks to attach to the client database.
– If SDS is not in the MySDS system or it is old/outdated, Data Entry Specialist uses a link from the MySDS System for the products manufacturer page to go to the manufacturer’s website to find the SDS.
– If not downloadable, Data Entry Specialist would contact the manufacturer via email to find the SDS (in both French and English) for that product.

Requirements:

Location: Ukraine

– B1-B2 English, both verbal and written ( there will be team calls)
– Data entry and excel skills are a must
– Hardworking
– Extreme attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task
– Work efficiently
