Project / Account Manager (UK SaaS product)

About the Product

A UK B2B SaaS platform that helps travel agencies and tour operators automate regulatory compliance (ATOL/CAA). The platform handles certificate issuance, licence limit tracking, regulatory return preparation, and API integrations with clients' booking systems. It is fully live with paying customers in a defined UK market of ~1,700 licence holders.

You will:

  • Support the full sales & client cycle: Connect with UK travel directors before demos, follow up after calls, answer questions, send subscriber agreements, and ensure they are signed.
  • Lead onboarding & operations: Set up new company accounts, guide users through their first steps, answer how-to questions, pass bugs to developers with clear steps to reproduce, and maintain clean CRM records.
  • Coordinate customer migration: Agree on switch dates for legacy clients, collaborate with our Ukrainian dev team, and verify data accuracy.
  • Drive growth & outreach: Conduct active outbound (вихідний) email and LinkedIn outreach to TIC clients, non-client ATOL holders, and travel consortiums.
  • Build content & pipeline: Write engaging LinkedIn posts on ATOL compliance topics, research prospect lists, prepare sales materials, and follow up with leads from industry events.

Must Have

  • Figure things out alone: High resourcefulness. When stuck, you explore documentation, the product admin panel, or AI tools before asking targeted questions.
  • Accuracy & attention to detail: You check facts thoroughly before communicating with clients or publishing content - precision matters in regulated markets.
  • Entrepreneurial & growth mindset: Comfortable with proactive cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and taking ownership of finding new customers.
  • Technical aptitude: Clear understanding of web concepts (e.g., what an API is), comfortable working in admin panels, and able to describe bugs clearly to developers.
  • Strong English (written and spoken): Ability to write concise, professional emails and speak fluently on calls with UK company directors (understanding British accents at normal speed).
  • Highly organised: Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, tracking precise next steps and deadlines.
  • Aligned with UK business hours: Working schedule aligned with London business day.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as an Account Manager, Project/Delivery Manager, or Client Success Specialist in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or B2B sales support.
  • Experience working with UK clients or within TravelTech / RegTech / FinTech / regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, CRM systems, and AI workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

What We Offer:

  • Direct ramp-up & onboarding: Your first weeks are dedicated to learning ATOL rules, mastering the product, and sitting in on calls with leadership.
  • High autonomy & zero bureaucracy: Direct collaboration with company leadership with real ownership over growth and operations.
  • Clear career evolution: Opportunity to mature into fully leading demos, onboarding, and growth initiatives for the product.
  • Flexible remote work schedule aligned with UK business hours.
