Senior MSD ERP Architect – Dynamics 365 (Healthcare)

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Architect to lead the technical side of an ERP project for a healthcare client. You will own the technical vision of the solution and watch for technology risks from the very start. You will customize and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 to fit business needs, and build new solutions from scratch with input from business analysts and product owners. Data migration is a big part of the work, so you need to know its usual problems and plan for them. You will design and drive the IT roadmap, meet regularly with client managers and development teams, and work closely with a small team of 3–5 people and outside vendors. This role suits a senior architect with strong Dynamics 365 / AX expertise who puts the client first and explains things clearly to people at every level.

About the project:
The client is a healthcare company that runs its core business processes on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. It is developing and extending its ERP solution to better fit its business needs, including new features built from scratch. Moving data from older systems is a key part of the project and needs careful planning. The work involves a small internal team of 3–5 people and several outside vendors, so clear coordination is essential. The project follows an IT roadmap that the architect will help design and drive. The team works in CET hours and stays in close contact with the client's managers and stakeholders.

You have:

• Solid, senior-level expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / AX
• Experience leading the technical vision and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions
• Experience customizing and developing Dynamics 365 to fit business requirements
• A strong understanding of data migration problems
• Experience working with outside vendors
• Experience designing and carrying out an IT roadmap
• An excellent client-first mindset and communication skills
• Fluent English
• Based in Armenia, Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan and able to work in CET hours

Nice to have:

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience building Dynamics 365 solutions from scratch
