Project Manager

TOOLSHED is looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion. The role focuses on project planning, resource allocation, budget and timeline management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful project delivery.

We are looking for an organized and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks, and ensure that projects meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, allocate resources, and control costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between departments.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, clarify requirements, and provide regular progress updates.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports for management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.
