Team Lead Learning and Development Projects

We're looking for a Team Lead L&D Projects

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the L&D Projects team, including task allocation, performance management, and professional development.
• Managing corporate learning and development projects of different scales, from local initiatives to company-wide programs.
• Developing and improving employee onboarding, mentoring, and professional development programs.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and senior management to identify learning needs and align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
• Implementing improvements, automation, and modern digital tools in L&D processes.
• Managing organizational changes related to learning and development initiatives.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and its impact on business performance.
• Monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and presenting results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in corporate L&D.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Proven experience implementing corporate L&D projects, including large-scale initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with senior management and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of modern L&D methodologies, organizational development, and change management.
• Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and connecting L&D initiatives with business results.
• Higher education in HR, Psychology, Management, Education, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in iGaming / Gambling or IT industries.
• Experience implementing AI tools and automation in corporate learning processes.
• Experience developing and improving corporate learning systems and processes.
