Project Manager,Business Analyst

PayAdmit is looking for Project Manager&Business Analyst to join our team!

Requirements:

•  Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (incl.functional, non-functional);
• Experience in Agile methodology, writing user stories in Jira, building processes/ required flows and diagramming (UML, BPMN etc);
• Experience in preparing functional and detailed system design documents;
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization, including with leadership;
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, analytical skills, and sound business acumen, including the ability to understand and analyze recommendations;

• Provide weekly/daily status updates on services and work completed.

  
  Duties:

• Jira management (creating tasks, updating statuses, monitoring deadlines);
• Preparing and completing technical specifications for developers;
• Documentation management;
• Monitoring the progress of tasks by developers, designers, testers, and other departments;
• Preparing summaries after meetings;
• Competitor analysis and conducting small-scale research for new products;
• Working with AI to prepare documents, content, and research;
• Creating simple websites using AI.

• Work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00;
